When a user uses the app or website the user would be asked to create an account. Certain personal info such as name, address, email id, phone number, password is required from the user to create an account. Also the user has the choice to share geolocation voluntarily. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the App/website unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily. – Please note that from time to time we may use Third Party Services to display or distribute content on the website and/or application, which may include analysis of data and/or management of content and/or services generally.

Other type of info could be automatically collected in accordance with the App. Other Information generally may include information that is collected when you visit the App, such as your IP addresses, browser type, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the App you visit, and other similar information regarding your use of the App. Also a user's geo location could be used by the app to enable identification of prrecise location of pickup and delivery. It is a voluntary decision of user to share geo loactaion. It can be disabled if user wishes not to share location details. Additionally, information may be collected via “cookie” technology. Cookies facilitate in remembering certain information about a user's visit to the App. We may use cookies both to help us collect Other Information and to also enhance your user experience in connection with the App. you may be able to turn that feature off via your Internet browser if you wish not to enable the cookies.

3) Order Info

During the course of ordering from the app/website certain info such as pickup time/delivery time, number of articles, type of service needed, additional remarks will be collected by the system to successfully execute the order.
